WOW, its been far too long since i posted another blog so apologies to all my fans!

I'm having the most incredible time out here in New Zealand. For the majority of the time Ive been working at a school in Auckland in the PE department which has been really rewarding. However its the extra stuff that Ive been doing that really has made this such an amazing experience. Ive been going to church called Life, formerly called Christian Life Centre. Ive been given the great opportunity of being part of the worship team here. At first I found it quite nervy because I was playing in front of a couple of thousand people and wasn't really used to that, but with lessons and training I am able just to focus on God while I play and just worship him. Its been a big learning curve for me but God has lead me all the way and he continues to open doors for me.

Over Christmas I was able to get over the ditch and get to Sydney to see my the rest of the Lee clan which was great. Despite being with them for Christmas it wasn't quite like being with guys back at home which they'll be pleased to know.

The plan now is to see out school until the end of February, then on 11th March i go to Canada to see some more family who live near Vancouver. Then ill arrive back in London on the 2nd April so its not too long until ill be back so be warned!

Thank you again for everyones support and prayers. God has really blessed me while Ive been out here and I need to make the most of the time while I'm out here!

Life in NZ

Hi Guys,

Sorry Ive taken so long to get this started, Ive been writing another blog on www.jamesleestrip.blogspot.com which is a more detailed blog of what ive been doing.

Im currently working at a school in Auckland called Kings Prep School which is an all boys school from Years 1 to 8- so Ive got my hands full. Im based in the PE department which suits me really well so Im doing a lot of team coaching etc.

Ive settled in well now and have found a good church in the city called Christian Life Centre. Its very lively and great music and speakers so I get a lot out of it.

Ive managed to do quite a lot of stuff while ive been out here. I went to a big christian conference on the Northshore where Hillsong United were invloved which was amazing!Ive seen the All Blacks play Australia already when they won the Tri Nations Cup and Ive done heaps of other stuff. As ive mentioned, for a more detailed one and more pictures, click on the link above.

Thankyou for all your prayers and your support, it is much appreciated. God has astounded me in so many ways, and blessed me with his provision!!

God Bless,
James

Junior Church

Sunday 10:45am

On average around fifteen children attend the Junior Church every Sunday morning. The children are aged between three and eleven. They are divided into two age groups according to their age, meeting for news and songs at the beginning and again at the end of the meeting. There are four teachers and four helpers that work with the children.

The Junior Church aims to teach about the bible and how it can be applied to everyday life. It also enables the children to talk about their lives and how God helps and guides them, giving opportunity for them to praise and thank God for what he has done. Children learn through many varied activities and get involved themselves by bringing books, stories and news to share.

Each Christmas the Junior Church puts on a play where all take part. This year "Time" was the theme. Children acted out the Nativity and Easter story showing the time when Jesus came to earth. It also asked poignant question about how we all use our time and efforts.

The Junior Church welcomes all to come and worship and learn more about the God of the bible.
